Your Carolina Rollergirls are excited to host the Dominion Derby Girls All-Star team from Norfolk, Virginia this SATURDAY, June 9, 2007, at Dorton Arena! These Dominion girls have been swearing like sailors they'll be the ones to end Carolina’s undefeated home record, but the Trauma Queens are ready to show them the hospital of southern hospitality! Scrub up this Saturday and see how they roll!

And it’s time to determine who among the Carolina Rollergirls is the best of the best—it’s Championship time! This is a double-header event featuring the championship game between the Tai Chi-tahs versus the Debutante Brawlers. The Brawlers held the trophy in 2005 and the Chi-tahs were undefeated champs in 2006. Now some serious hits will be thrown for the 2007 season championship!

In honor of their continual dedication to the education of America’s future derby fans, the first 100 teachers get in FREE. The Carolina Rollergirls would like to thank all the teachers who battle on educations’ front lines. Our own teachers, Princess America, Marcy Killer, Krewesader Kate, Minnie Mauser, and SINcere, know the joys and challenges you face. On their behalf, and with the rest of the Carolina Rollergirls, we thank you for all that you do!!

Carolina Rollergirls All-Stars Hit the Road

Although your Carolina Rollergirls are taking off the summer from Dorton Arena, we won’t be lazin’ at
the beach.

On June 30th, 2007, the Carolina Rollergirls All-Stars are heading north to Providence, Rhode Island for a re-engagment of the Rhode Island Riveters. The CRG All-Stars defeated the Riveters in November 2006 (Voodoo's recap | photo gallery) and the Riveters have been waiting for the chance to take out Carolina in a rematch on their home turf. You know your derby girls are rolling up strong for the challenge.

Then in August, the CRG All-Stars will travel to Columbus, Ohio for the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) Eastern Regional Tournament—the "Heartland Havoc." The CRG All-Stars are out to prove they play the best flat-track derby on the East Coast and secure a spot at September's WFTDA National Tournament in Austin, Texas.
